What is Early Access?

Early Access on Jobs Web3 is a 12-hour window at the start of a job post: during it, only Premium members and candidates the company invited can apply, and after it anyone can.

Companies add it to a job they post on Jobs Web3 for $19.99. Only jobs posted directly on Jobs Web3 can have it.

For candidates

  • The job is visible to everyone from the start, with an Early Access badge. Only the Apply button is limited.
  • Premium members can apply during the 12 hours. Premium costs $9.99 a month or $79 a year.
  • Candidates the company invited can apply too, Premium or not.
  • Everyone else can ask to be notified and apply as soon as the 12 hours end.
  • The usual rules of the job still apply: if it requires certain skills or languages, your profile needs them.

For companies

  • Add Early Access in the Visibility step of the job form. It costs $19.99 per job, on top of the post.
  • The 12 hours start when the job is published.
  • Your first applicants are Premium members and the people you invited from Talent Search (Scale and Platinum plans).
