Talent Search: how companies find web3 candidates

Talent Search lets companies on the Scale and Platinum plans find web3 candidates who chose to be found, ranked by how well they match a job, and invite them to apply.

Who appears in Talent Search

A candidate appears only when all of these are true:

  • they have Premium ($9.99 a month or $79 a year);
  • they switched on "Employers can find me in Talent Search" (it is off by default);
  • their profile is complete.

Owners of a company account do not appear.

What companies see, and what they do not

Companies see the candidate's name, headline, location, years of experience, the kinds of work they want (full-time, part-time, temporary, contract), skills, languages, and the Verified badge if the candidate has one.

They do not see the candidate's email or CV. The only way to make contact is an invitation through Jobs Web3, with an optional message of up to 2,000 characters. A CV reaches a company only when the candidate applies.

Switch Talent Search on in your profile; switch it off at any time and you stop appearing.

Keep your skills, languages and the kinds of work you want current: they decide which jobs you match. Talent Search comes with Premium.
