Podcast Producer & Host

Produce the Coinbound podcast end to end and co-host episodes with our team.

We're looking for someone who's equal parts organized producer and dynamic on-air personality. You'll be responsible for managing the full podcast production process, from scheduling and coordination to publishing and promotion, while also serving as a co-host alongside members of the Coinbound team.

What you'll do

• Coordinate & schedule: Plan recording sessions with guests and Coinbound team members, manage the podcast calendar, and ensure everyone is prepared.
• Production management: Oversee both audio and video recording logistics, ensuring high-quality content capture.
• On-air hosting: Serve as a co-host, contributing to engaging conversations and bringing energy to each episode.
• Guest relations: Communicate with and prepare guests before episodes, making sure they feel comfortable and informed.
• Editing & publishing: Work with internal or external editors to finalize episodes, then publish them to podcast platforms and YouTube.
• Content promotion: Collaborate with the Coinbound marketing team to repurpose episodes into social clips, blog posts, and other media.

What we're looking for

• Prior experience in podcast production and/or hosting (audio and video).
• Strong communication skills and on-air presence.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple episodes and deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Knowledge of Web3, crypto, or tech industries is a big plus.
