This is a general application for qualified executives. Matching to a business unit will be based on experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's objectives and drive profitability.
- Lead and manage team performance, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the P&L of the unit, making data-driven decisions to enhance financial performance.
- Collaborate with other executives and stakeholders to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage digital marketing tools and techniques to maintain competitive edge.
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive leadership, preferably managing complex business units.
- Proven track record in managing teams and delivering substantial business results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Compensation
